The registration process follows four easy steps:

STEP 1 - Create an account using the form below. You can provide your mailing address later. The information will be used to send your diploma upon satisfactory completion.

STEP 2 – Active your account by clicking on the link in the e-mail sent to the address provided.

STEP 3 – Log into the account using your user id and password. You will gain access to a complimentary course in the "5 Why'' technique.

STEP 4 – If you wish to enroll in the full course, please remit payment of $129.95 by clicking on the link PAYMENTS. We accept credits cards, Paypal and other forms of payment. After payment is processed, you will gain access to all course materials and exams.
